Megan has the honor of serving as the Director of Philanthropy at YPN, where she leads the development department in advancing the organization’s mission and strengthening its support for families throughout the community. A Cedar Rapids native, Megan brings more than 10 years of nonprofit experience to her role, having previously worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Corridor and the Mercy Medical Center Foundation.

Megan is passionate about serving her community, building meaningful relationships, and helping donors achieve their philanthropic goals. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Mercy University and became a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) in 2023.

Outside of work, Megan’s greatest adventure is raising her two children, Charlie (10) and Jack (7). She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and embracing each moment that makes life such an exciting journey!
