The Membership Committee helps strengthen Metro North Rotary by welcoming new members, supporting member engagement, and creating a positive experience for everyone who connects with our club.

From the first visit, the committee helps guests and prospective members learn more about Rotary, discover opportunities to get involved, and experience the fellowship and service that make Metro North Rotary unique.

The committee supports the membership journey by:

• Welcoming guests and visitors at club meetings.
• Helping prospective members understand the benefits of Rotary membership.
• Supporting the new member orientation process.
• Connecting new members with opportunities for service, fellowship, and leadership.
• Encouraging ongoing engagement among current members.
• Taking attendance at club meetings.
