Metro North Rotary closed out one Rotary year and began another as our outgoing president, Sarah Hoeger officially passed the gavel to our 2026-2027 president, Jessica Pleggenkule.
Under Sarah's leadership, our club celebrated many successes, including granting $9,000 to local youth serving non-profits, participating in 10 service projects and welcoming engaging speakers from our local business community. Our club was also honored to receive the Rotary Club Excellence Award during her year as president.
After celebrating our successes of the past year, Jessica Pleggenkuhle introduced herself and shared her goals for the 2026-2027 Rotary year. Jessica joined Metro North Rotary in 2021, contributing to several committees before officially joining the Board of Directors in early 2025.
As part of the leadership transition, Madison Kuhl was recognized as President Elect, and Cheri Monahan was honored for her 14 years of service as a Board Member. Cheri’s dedication and commitment have helped shape the club, and we are grateful for the many ways she has served Metro North Rotary.
