Speaker:
Lowell Stoolman, District 5970 Governor
Lowell is the former police chief of Rockwell City and a former member of the city's maintenance department. He served more than 30 years on the city's fire department and is an active member of the Rockwell City Rotary Club.
Lowell is visiting clubs in the district to help them prepare and offer tools so the District has a prosperous year. This includes president elect training and district conferences. He also shared various ideas on how clubs are trying to attract and retain new members. Now is the time to be creative, including offering night meeting times. We also need to make membership in Rotary valuable to prospective members.
Across the District, clubs are dealing with COVID. Many are not meeting and have lost significant members. Others are meeting virtually like ours.
Lowell also shared the District secured a $25,000 disaster grant for HACAP due to the derecho.

Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
