Member spotlight: New Leader Manufacturing

Our very own Jessica (Komisar) Pleggenkuhle will introduce New Leader Manufacturing and what they do in our community!

Jeremy Wild began his career with New Leader Manufacturing as the Controller and has served as CFO and COO. In January of 2023, Jeremy was named President of New Leader Manufacturing. Jeremy has spent over 25 years of his career with a focus on manufacturing, operations and communications.  He has played an integral role in NLM’s recent international expansion into Indaiatuba (In-Die-A-Tuba), Brazil and attaining an ISO 9001 Quality Systems certification. Jeremy has a background in public accounting, spending four years with McGladrey, LLP.  He has a B.S. in Accounting from Iowa State University. Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his wife, four kids and four dogs! Jeremy and his family are big Iowa Hawkeye wrestling fans and enjoy cheering on the best wrestling team in the nation.
