Dr. Catheryn “CJ” Cooper is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida as of December 2020. While a recent chiropractic grad, Dr. CJ is by no means new to the world of chiropractic health and wellness. Dr. CJ is the daughter of Dr. Terri Cooper and is excited to be back at Wholistic Wellness Clinic working alongside her mother.

Originally from Cedar Rapids, Dr. CJ attended the University of Kansas and received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Pre-Medical. In addition to her undergraduate and chiropractic degrees, Dr. CJ has studied Quantum Neurology, NeuroEmotional Technique, Contact Reflex Analysis, Acupuncture, Torque Release Technique, Lebowitz Technique, and Applied Kinesiology.

Like the rest of the Wholistic Wellness Team, Dr. CJ emphasizes treating each patient on an individual and holistic basis in order to complete the full triad of health – structure, emotion, and nutrition.

Stacey Schmitt serves as the Wholistic Wellness office and new patient coordinator as well as our patient advocate. She has a background in health and nutrition, specializing in yoga and birth. Stacey made her path to wellness at a young age with her parents always teaching the importance of health and fitness. Now, Stacey continues to promote health and wellness to our patients as well as her own family. Stacey and her husband, Eric, live in Cedar Rapids with their three children – Aurelia, Charlie, and Theo.

In the office, you will see Stacey supporting Dr. Cooper and Julie, our clinical nutritionist, with patient care to help treatment be as effective as possible. Additionally, Stacey has been trained in Morphagenic Field Technique, Nutrition Response Testing, Contact Reflex Analysis, and ASA treatment. As our patient advocate, she is available for questions that you may have in regards to your treatments and care at Wholistic Wellness Clinic.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of the Wholistic Wellness team and back in the clinic setting. I moved to Iowa five years ago after saying goodbye to my second home, a chiropractic and wellness center in Minnesota. When I walked through the doors of Wholistic Wellness Clinic, I knew I missed the warm, welcoming environment focused on supporting and healing. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your health and wellness journey.” – Stacey
